Client work
Work produced for a specific client under a signed engagement is owned by that client upon final payment, as specified in their engagement agreement. Portfolio rights, case study rights, and the right to display non-confidential work publicly are reserved by Alera unless otherwise agreed.
6. Payments & Refunds
Fees, payment terms, and any applicable refund policies for professional services are defined in each signed engagement agreement. Generally, Alera operates on a fixed-price, milestone-based payment schedule (typically 50% deposit on signed proposal, 50% on launch).
7. Disclaimers
Our website and any materials on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Alera makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the site or the accuracy or completeness of content.
Professional service deliverables are governed by the warranties specified in each engagement agreement, not by this Terms of Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALERACO, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website.
For professional services, Alera's total liability is limited to the amount actually paid under the applicable engagement agreement.
